General Óptica is one of the highest profile retail chains of opticians in Spain and Portugal.

The optical business sub-sector of ‘Audiology’ is an area with high growth and ever increasing customer demand. General Optica asked us to create a new visual identity to give them better visibility and louder noise in this busy retail sector.

First we focused on finding a strategic positioning for the brand architecture, proposing different scenarios and developing the the route that had the best fit and alignment with the group's growth plans.

As soon as the new solution for the brand visual identity was crafted and finalised we started work on the corporate regulations and brand guidelines for Spain and Portugal.
