How do we do it?
We do branding with a ‘less is more’ mindset.
We remove all of the clutter and complexity that usually surrounds branding and replace it with clear and concise thinking. We start every new project with a brand workshop and invite all of the key stakeholders to participate. In the workshop we ask three simple questions:
1. WHAT is your product or service?
2. HOW is it different from everything else on the market?
3. WHY should we belive in it?
This is all we need to go away and return a week later with our recommendation for a new strategic and creative plan for the new or existing brand.
We offer a lot of different branding services to help bring our strategic and creative ideas to life, but they can be grouped into three basic steps:
1. PLAN a new strategic direction for the brand.
2. DESIGN a new creative direction for the brand.
3. APPLY the new planning and design to all of the relevant brand touchpoints.

How are we different?
One of the key insights that we’ve learnt over the many years working in branding is that it’s not easy to be different. Every brand claims to be unique. Every brand consultancy claims to be different, but when you go to their websites you’ll find most of them saying and doing the same things. Rather than make the same mistake we would rather make the very bold claim that we are just a little bit different.
How we manage to be a different is down to the structure of our agency and the people in it.
